You should lessen the tracking on the word "always" to keep it the same as the other words.

Hmm... It does look a bit wider, doesn't it? The kerning is all the same though... I think it's just that the letters are all angled maybe.

Yeah, you have to adjust each individual letter's kerning to make up for that.
I know this is late, but I think it would look even cooler if the design was angled on the shirt like it is on the left. Just an idea. I like it though.
