I want to talk to a few deisign companies. It seems that designers can't follow directionsand they keep trying to sell me stuff I don't want. The uff is good but not what I want.

A professional designer (not a random kid on instagram who claims he is a designer in his profile) is trained to communicate well, and knows how to work with a client to complete their ideas to the best of their ability. If you're running into this issue with multiple designers, as you've stated...chances are very likely that you're the problem, and not the designer. You are either choosing designers who are not qualified or experienced enough to design what you're seeking, or you are not being detailed in your request, and failing to communicate your ideas properly.

Judging by your short incomplete post with lazy typos, I'm betting that your miscommunication and failure to give direction to the designer is ultimately the real issue here.

Don't be so quick to blame a designer, a design project is a team effort....client and designer must share responsibilities.

    We are not mind-readers.

Ok, I told my designer I want Egyptian themed art . Right ? He keeps sending me Vikings, witchcraft and skull designs that have nothing to do with Egypt or my theme. Another thing is they have issues with doing colors and separating them as well .

So I will look at pentagram and see what they are talking about . It seems everyone wants to make a quick buck and they should read a t-shirt company book on working with clients.

You need to make sure you are clear with any designer that you use. Explain to them in detail what you're looking for, even provide examples to give them an idea. If they keep giving you what you're not asking for, it's time to take your money elsewhere. Where are you finding designers?

Can someone just swing the banhammer on this clown already? I'd say he's some sort of low-level troll, but to be playing the long game for six years is either insane or brilliant.

are you emailing people and saying, "i want egyptian" designs or are you emailing a specific artist you want to work with and sending them a detailed brief of what the design you want is? Sounds to me like you are skimming random artists and seeing if they have something on their hard drive already. The only way to make your brand start to look cohesive is for you to hire an artist with a specific idea that is unique to your brand.

captain obvious would state that it's impossible to create your own brand off of everyone's rejected artwork left on their hard drive and their random designs not geared toward your brand. But, you know.

For a company that brands themselves as "#1 T-shirt design agency" their work is generic garbage. Boardwalk grade designs.
