Hey all,

Sticker Mule just started doing custom printed full color poly mailers at a pretty decent price for the low order quantity: https://www.stickermule.com/products/poly-mailers

I ordered some to test the quality and I'll post a pic or two once they come in for those who are interested.

Ok, as promised here's a couple of pics and my thoughts:

    1. These bags are digitally printed, fairly quickly from the look of it, so there is some faint jaggedness. I don't think it'd be noticeable to the average consumer though. Also not sure how they are at color matching, but their stickers are usually accurate.

    2. The bags (and print) are very glossy, but feel pretty sturdy. They're not made from heavy duty plastic, but they should be more than enough to ship international.

    3. I do like the addition of the tear-away strip on top.

Aw man so nice. Too bad I already ordered a bunch of mailers. Maybe if/when I run out I'll get some

dang, I should middle man stuff like that. I got 10k printed poly mailers in black with a one color print, same size as larger line poly for $1200 delivered from overseas.

These look great! But the price for me is a bit much. For now I'll stick to spray painting mine.

Question... I'm setting up some screen printing equipment. Is there any ink I can use to print my own poly mailers?

Yes, Greg you definitely should! Still want to get some pins made through you. Wound up spending my money on equipment recently instead of more products. Hopefully this year though.

you can use an air dry ink like speedball or even house paint if you really needed. since a poly mailer won't go through the dryer, you just need to act like its a poster print or something that can rack dry.

Yup, you can get way better prices going overseas, but then you run into much higher minimums and more money upfront. It's something I've looked into a few times, I just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

These guys seem great for small lines who don't have lots of orders but still want's something a little more custom.

i calculated how much i'd spent over the course of a year with line for blank black bags and it cost me about the same to go overseas, but i was going through a lot of mailers so it was worth it
