Anyone know of a decent place that makes shirts for the low with good quality? Threadbird.com is great but a little too expensive for me just starting up...

Thats where i do all of miles to go. If you can get at least 36 of each design, thats were the first good price break hits in terms of margins and they don't charge screen fees, which saves a ton.

Inside neck tags? Of course. I'd imagine any shop can do that and I see Acme doing them just about every day.

how many colors are you looking to do on them? Acme does heat transfer prints to paper for any trucker hats they do because it gives a more consistent print. I'm sure they could do whatever size needed.

just a 1 color just used for some patches on a shirt. im going to get the rest of the shirts printed somewhere else.
