Could your question be any more vague?

i think you should start thinking 3 dimensional while drawing, those highlight just looks out of place.

The drawing has no dimension, too flat. Right now, it looks like an angry chocolate chip cookie. Try turning the face a bit to a 3/4 view... maybe, and add some depth to the face and some stronger shadows. Remember if this thing is on fire there will be some pretty intense light and shadowing.

You will learn all of that in drawing class. Do some google searches on "creating depth in drawing". I strongly recommend taking drawing classes though because these basics are essential knowledge.

Look, do you want help or not? Making sarcastic/asshole comments is not the way to make any of us want to help you. I had a feeling you were going to act like this when I saw the thread, but hoped you had matured. Guess I was wrong.

remember not to be afraid of putting loads of black in there, forget all the gradients and shit tones you have and go back to solid colors.
pick a single light source to start with and hold a lamp on your face to see what happens. this stuff has to be grounded in some sort of reality for it to make sense.
