Does anyone here have any experience using air freight agents or shipping agents to transport large quantities internationally (US to UK in our case)? Any advice would be much appreciated.

At my day job, I've used these guys http://www.expeditors.com/ to ship anything between one pound box to 1000 lb pallets. Shipping anything under $2,500 is fairly simple. Anything over $2,500 gets a little bit more complicated.

Thanks for the info. Would that be $2,500 as in the shipping cost or $2,500 as in the value of the goods?? Total newbie to this end of things!

Value of the commodity. Shipping shouldn't be that high. Whenever you ship $2,500 outside the US, you need to notify the government and stuff. Hate that. They're pretty helpful if you get stuck.

I'd assume it'd be significantly over $2,500 as we'd be shipping an entire print run.

It'll take a little more paperwork but it can get done. Good luck man.

    Pilot Freight is good.
