Why do you keep bumping this thread?
  • DesignatedDesigner

Because there's lots of designers that have not gotten their button packs yet. Pure Buttons says they're working out the kinks and will have the buttons sent out soon, yet they're no doing so. So I figured a small bump of the thread would remind them.

why not pay for some if you want them so badly? jesus guys these things are free, if they take a year to arrive they are still free.

Plus.... just e-mail them man. I'm pretty sure PureButtons doesn't hang around the forums here. They do have the awesomest customer service though. Get in touch with them and I'm sure they'll take care of you.

this is spot on. if you're really aching for the button kits, put some $ down. otherwise, accept that it wasn't meant to be, set the dreams of those buttons packs free and maybe, just maybe someday they'll show up on your doorstep. also, as a purebuttons/sos paying customer, i can safely say 100% of my paid orders have showed up 100% on time.

I've been holding off on saying anything about this for exactly this reason. I can't complain even a little bit, but I think I might be a little turned off by purebuttons after my experience. We didn't pay for the buttons, but we are providing them a service in that they now have a full portfolio of die-cut button packs to show off, and I imagine being as big as they are, they'll make a hell of a lot more than their money back.

Still though, they're free. I'm torn.

serious question: are they using your buttons as an example and still haven't sent them?

a quick look at their blog shows them doing buttons for pixar, kentucky derby, etc. i'm guessing its just a time/resources thing. like someone recommended, e-mail them directly if you're bold enough to demand free things get expedited.
