I just got some patches in. Would like to find an embroidery shop or any shop that can sew in already made patches into already made cap blanks.

Looking to do bulk printing like 50-100 pieces.

If anyone has any information on this, it would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I never knew how hard this would be.

Commercial shops offer 5 dollars to sew on the patch. And the dry cleaners down the street offer 4 dollars.

I wish i had my own machine. doh.

Depending on the hat material and thickness, a basic machine can't do this.

did you ever find someone to do this? I am having the same struggle finding someone to sew patches on hats right now. Im in Murrieta CA

Hi, we do printing and embroidery and can either create patches and/or sew patches to hats. We're located in Frisco, Texas (outside of Dallas), but we ship all of the time. We just upgraded our commercial embroidery equipment, so there is a two week delay on our orders as we're waiting for the new unit to come in. If interested, shoot me a PM or visit or website www.pressforwardprinting and submit a quote request. Thanks!
