SERVICE - Custom Screen Printed Mailers & Packaging
Posted May 19th, 2011 by WEARMONSTERMASH
I've been screen printing for close to six years now and have just recently moved up to doing packaging. Its one of those things that most brands don't really think is a big deal (On Front Street was sending tees out in Flat Rate envelopes before they approached me) but in reality IS a big deal. Although its not necessarily the first thing on a clothing brands check list, your packaging definitely does not deserve to be overlooked. Therefore, I thought I would share a sample with you guys that I have done this week in hopes of possibly inspiring you to get the ball rolling on your own personal packaging (if you haven't already done so). If you would like more information as far as pricing or more samples of the packaging we have recently worked on, send me an email: manny@wearmonstermash.com Just wanted to share this with you guys because I thought it came out rad!
*ON FRONT STREET - Black custom printed poly mailer with Metallic Gold ink.

However, labor + money to print on something that will end up in the trash = Labor and money in the trash...just my opinion though :)
it def does make a brand look good though. I guess there is going to be trash anyway..may as well make it purdy.

For a company just starting out it can be pricey and of course not in the budget, but for a company that is already established and looking to push the envelope (get it? haha), this is a great way to make a simple thing that much more awesome.

Yeah they are. The colored mailers alone average at about $0.40 cents each at a wholesale price. I think the white ones are a few cents cheaper. So yeah, the colored ones are a bit more expensive. Either way, when any mailer is customized it just gives your brand a more professional appearance. Most would say its too expensive for something that will get thrown away, but ultimately I think the customers would appreciate the fact that a company payed attention to the details, especially with the mailers. It just shows that the people behind the brand really care about improving the customers overall experience. I love when I get shit in the mail and the packaging looks awesome.
